These are not the requirements of the clans but these are rules to make the connections between the ally's better (lets call them livingrules):

1: Clannies go first
2: Blutbat is +70 only so dont begg to get in the blutbat clan -70 goes to the ally's
3: show respect to other people
4: Cheating is forbidden
5: War parties are made 20-30 minutes before war (-60 members will not be added because lunar war is +60)
6 : Have fun and love eachother ^^
